COACH BRYAN MALLON is in his 4th year with Laguna Hills and his 3rd
year running the Laguna Hills Summer Camp. He has experienced great
success coaching the Laguna Hills Boys 6th, 7th & 8th Grade All-Net
teams.
Whether you are an advanced player looking to take your
game to the next level or a beginner looking for an introduction to
organized basketball, this camp will provide the intensive training
that is essential to improving your game. This camp includes six
sessions of specialized basketball instruction with an emphasis on the
fundamentals of basketball (dribbling, ball handling, passing,
shooting, and rebounding) along with a six week league.
PARTICIPANTS: Boys and Girls entering the 3rd grade - 8th Grade in the Fall of 2009
WHERE: Laguna Hills Community Center Gym
CAMP DATES: June 23rd - August 8th (no camps the week of 7/21 - 7/25)
3rd-4th grades: Tuesdays, 4-6 pm & Saturday Games start at 12:30 pm
5th-6th grades: Thursdays, 4-6 pm & Saturday Games start at 1:45 pm
7th-8th grades: Wednesdays, 4–6 pm & Saturday Games start at 3:00 pm
No games on 4th of July, double header on July 11th.
July 11th Game Schedule:
3rd - 4th Grade 12:30 pm and 4:15 pm
5th - 6th Grade 1:45 pm and 5:30 pm
7th - 8th Grade 3:00 pm and 6:45 pm

8th Grade Boys All-Star Team Takes 3rd at Nationals!
|
The Boys 8th Grade All-Star Team placed 3rd in the NJB National Tournament. The boys lost in overtime to Arizona who ultimately won the tournament. They played hard and represented Laguna Hills very well. This is the best finish any boys all-star team has placed at Nationals for Laguna Hills. Congratulations to all the players, coaches and their families. Way to go!
